Request a Quote & Reserve Your Spot
We can provide you with an instant quote after you share the pick-up and delivery zip codes, as well as the year, make, and model of your vehicle(s) along with your contact information. Upon receipt of your quote request, we will promptly send you the detailed information along with a secure link for booking your order. To secure your reservation, we will require your complete pick-up and delivery address. Furthermore, to finalize the arrangement, we will send you an agreement that you need to sign. Our aim is to simplify the vehicle transportation process, which is why we do not require any reservation fees or upfront payments.
Pick up of Your Vehicle
We will arrange for the driver to pick up your vehicle within your specified time frame and provide you with the carrier's details by email and text message. The driver will get in touch with you to discuss the exact time and location of pickup. The driver will also place a courtesy call to you an hour or two in advance to inform you of his estimated time of arrival.
Receiving Your Vehicle
As the driver nears your specified delivery location, they will contact you to determine the exact delivery time. Once the driver unloads your vehicle from the trailer, it is essential to inspect it carefully for any signs of damage. Payment for the service can be made in cash or with certified funds directly to the driver.

01. How does the payment work?

We don't require any upfront charges. The payment for transportation fees and tolls is only taken partially as a deposit during vehicle pick up. You can pay the remaining balance to the driver upon delivery using cash or certified funds.

02. What is the estimated transportation time?

The transportation time is always an estimated figure provided to us by the carrier. On average, drivers can cover approximately 400 miles every day, making it easier to determine the estimated shipping time based on the trip's mileage.

03. Is it possible to ship an inoperable vehicle?

Yes, some carrier companies equip their drivers with a winch to load and unload vehicles. However, for loading and unloading on trailers, vehicles need to have rolling, steering, and braking abilities. If your vehicle lacks any of these characteristics, you'll require a forklift. You can either organize this yourself or request one at an additional cost.

04. Can you ship a vehicle from an auction or dealership?

Absolutely! Please, be aware that auctions and dealerships have restricted working hours, so the driver will have to be informed. Also, the documents requested should be provided to your shipping agent beforehand.

05. What if I need to ship my personal belongings in the vehicle?

We can totally do that, however, it’s recommended to put no more than 100 lbs. of personal items in the trunk or inside the vehicle, as long as they are securely fastened and kept below the window level.

06. Do I need to be present at the pick up and delivery locations?

It's not necessary for you to be present during vehicle pick-up if someone else can provide the driver with the keys. Similarly, at the time of delivery, if you can make payment to the carrier, you don't need to be present personally. However, we do encourage clients to be present at both pick-up and delivery locations to inspect the vehicle thoroughly.

07. What kind of trailer will be used to transport my vehicle?

Typically, your vehicle(s) will be transported on an open 8 or 10-car hauler, similar to those found near local dealerships. However, we do have other options available, such as enclosed car haulers or flatbeds, that may pique your interest. You are welcome to inquire about them with your agent.

08. What if my vehicle arrives damaged?

To ensure that any damages are accounted for, inform your carrier of any issues identified during the inspection. All damages must be recorded in the Bill of Lading, regardless of their size. Ensure that you have a copy of the document or take a picture of it for future reference. To pursue an insurance claim with the carrier's insurance company, obtain multiple estimates from your local body shop after the transportation is completed. Remember, a properly filled-out Bill of Lading is key to getting any damages covered.

09. What is a Bill of Lading?

Car transport companies utilize a document to record any prior damages that the vehicle may have at the moment of collection. The document not only contains the official agreement for transport but also provides your contact details. It is crucial to possess the bill of lading if you intend to initiate an insurance claim for your shipment.

10. Do I need to fill up the tank with gas?

We would only need about ¼ tank of gas to load the vehicle on and off the trailer.

11. Do you ship heavy equipment or modified oversized vehicles?

Yes, we do! However, we will need to be informed about the exact dimensions of the vehicle. Pictures will also help the drivers understand if they can fit it on their trailer.

12. Is insurance included in your quote?

Yes, the quote includes all the fees, taxes, insurance, and the door-to-door delivery service!
